Preheat the oven to 300°F.
A pumpkin or other winter squash that contains seeds
Organic olive, rice bran, or coconut oil
Himalayan pink sea salt (any salt will work)
In addition to salt add some pure cane sugar for a Kettle Corn type flavor. Cinnamon and sugar, chili powder, curry powder, or a touch of honey can all be added. If you are looking for a savory flavor the addition of oregano, basil, or rosemary are wonderful spices to add.
